The Process:

Step 1 - Inquiry

To get started, please send a message introducing yourself and include your availability for the next few days (or weeks), and I will schedule a consultation call with you. You can contact me either through the booking page or directly to my email or phone number (CanaCinematics@gmail.com or 845-637-0724).

Step 2 - Consultation Call

On this call we’ll get to discuss your interests and desires for your wedding film, and I’ll give you a full explanation of the process from start to finish. If you’re interested in moving forward after this initial call, you can take as much time as you need, and then let me know when you’re ready to continue. Once we confirm you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send you a questionnaire.

Step 3 - Questionnaire

I’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out - providing me with important information regarding your wedding day so I can prepare an official contract for you.

Step 4 - Contract

You’ll review and sign the contract with a non-refundable retainer fee of 50% to reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance may be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. If you would prefer, you may pay the full amount upon signing the contract as well.

Step 5 - Pre-Wedding Consultation

We’ll have a brief follow-up call approximately two weeks prior to the wedding day to confirm and solidify all details for the event.

Step 6 - Wedding Day!

I’ll capture your special day!

Step 7 - Delivery

The final videos will be delivered digitally and be available for viewing and download via online gallery!
